John Taggart saw a gap in the market for a retro gaming café in Glasgow, and found the perfect location for his new business, Max XP. Initially John was looking to finance the coffee equipment, which was immediately arranged.

During our discussions with John, he became aware of the many benefits leasing his equipment had for his business. As he was intending to kit out his whole shop, John requested CLS assist with various other equipment including catering, furniture and even gaming equipment.

CLS were able to secure the funding for the extra new equipment, as well as help to release funds from equipment that had already been purchased by utilising a Sale & Lease Back facility. This helped increase cash flow within the business, overcoming significant start-up costs.

Leasing the equipment was the perfect solution for Mr Taggart as this allowed him to take delivery of all the new equipment he needed to get his gaming café started without the large upfront costs which would usually occur when purchasing equipment.
