Young entrepreneur Tiffany Plant was looking to establish her own business and put her economics degree to good use. After seeing the trend in casual dining move from grabbing a bite to eat into an entertaining experience, Come Fry With Me Ltd was born.
Her plan was to only sell chips, and turn the humble potato into an airport themed fast food pop up restaurant. With chips being accompanied by flavours such as Steak & Stilton, Pesto Chicken and Fajita Vegetables this business is really changing the way people eat their chips.
Working alongside Tiffany’s design company, Peppermint Eight, CLS were able to source a £70K secured business lease for a bespoke new trailer. In addition, there was a requirement to fund other equipment from various suppliers selected by the client. So everything from the catering equipment inside the trailer, to the furniture and seating, EPOS system, custom signage and of course the trailer itself was financed through one facility with one monthly payment.
Now customers enjoy Tiffany’s inspiring menu at various events around the UK.
