This document sets out how we deal with you in the provision of services for Credit Broking. Complete Leasing Solutions Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 683991
Complete Leasing Solutions Ltd is a Credit Broker with a portfolio of carefully chosen funders on our panel. We do not have access to the entire market and are not impartial so cannot provide independent advice as to the suitability of any finance that may be provided by those funders. If you have been introduced to us by a supplier of equipment they are also acting as a Credit Broker.
Our Services:
When a finance facility has been agreed we will provide you with information about the funding and the provider to ensure you understand your responsibilities and commitments prior to any agreement being processed. Before you sign an agreement you should consider what alternative finance options are available.
Our aim is to provide you with a professional and confidential service that delivers the highest possible standards. However, there may be occasions where you feel this has not been achieved and should you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the service we provide to you please refer to our complaints handling procedure which can be found at www.completeleasingsolutions.co.uk
Our Charges:
You will make no payment to us for the introduction to finance providers, but we will receive a payment from the provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. We may pass a percentage of this payment to the supplier of your equipment if they introduced you to us. The payment we receive is calculated as a percentage of the total balance financed, typically between 1%-15% or the total amount of payments you pay over the term of the agreement, typically between 0.007% -11%. The amount of any payment made to us or we make to the supplier will be disclosed to you on the Commission Disclosure and Consent form you sign with the finance agreement.
Risk to You:
Finance agreements that we arrange on your behalf are non-cancellable. Failure to maintain the regular payments may result in the agreement being defaulted ahead of legal proceedings. If a Personal Guarantee has been signed in conjunction with the finance agreement you will be personally liable in the event of the business failing. If you are a Sole Trader or Partnership you are personally liable for the agreement
