Tavistock Hospitality incorporates a number of successful businesses, including hotels, restaurants, café’s, pubs and a brewery. Complete Leasing Solutions have been working with Mark and his group of companies since 2010. We have assisted with financing a variety of equipment including catering equipment, Epos, and even fermentation equipment.

Although these businesses and the group are very successful and have the cash flow to accommodate the requirements of the group’s progression, Mark has always understood the benefits of leasing and CLS have always strived to achieve the best possible facility.

Looking to expand the Sonnet 43 offering, Mark sourced a great deal on a distillation tank from China, to be paid for in USD. Mark approached CLS looking for any finance options. An efficient option was sourced in the way of a sale and lease back facility on the tank, whereby Tavistock paid for the equipment, and immediately received a payment in full for the value of the transaction.

The group continues to grow, due to Mark and his team’s hard work and understanding of and efficient finance lease.
